Western blot analysis of SLC23A1 in multiple sample types using a SLC23A1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-113474) at a dilution of 1:2,000. A goat anti rabbit polyclonal secondary antibody was used at a dilution of 1:50,000. Sample types that were tested include: A549 whole cell lysate, 293T whole cell lysate, L02 whole cell lysate, HepG2 whole cell lysate, Hela whole cell lysate, SH-SY5Y whole cell lysate, K562 whole cell lysate, and mouse liver tissue.
